Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) June 22, 2009 -- The Jeff Gordon Foundation will host the Eighth Annual "Gordon Celebrity Bowl" in Indianapolis, Indiana on Thursday, July 23rd, benefiting critical, lifesaving pediatric research being conducted at Riley Hospital for Children in partnership with Indiana University. Nicorette®, one of the presenting sponsors, is auctioning off one of its teams to give fans a chance to participate in the tournament.

Nicorette® Stop Smoking Gum is offering a fan a chance to field a bowling team by participating in The Jeff Gordon Foundation's online auction at www.GoMotorBids.com. Team members will bowl three games, each with a different celebrity. There will be a live auction, along with a chance to win prizes through the "Pins for Pediatrics" game.

The package includes one 4-member bowling team and 4 spectator tickets. Each bowler receives a team photo with Jeff Gordon, autographed by Jeff and a commemorative bowling shirt. All participants will enjoy refreshments throughout the evening and a special event gift. The winner will also receive a No. 24 DuPont/Nicorette Chevrolet diecast autographed by Jeff Gordon and donated by Nicorette. The auction begins on June 21, 2009 and the winning bid will be awarded on July 12, 2009.
