Further, XPP 8.2 separates the presentation of content from its structure, keeping the content stream intact and making it available for further down-stream processing. XPP 8.2, which was beta-tested by Michigan-based Tweddle Group, supports Hebrew and Arabic and is based on the Unicode standard and BIDI algorithm.

Enhanced breaking of table rows in XPP 8.2 gives users the capability to automatically break rows with deep cells when making up pages while keeping the original content intact and displaying the formatted result. XyEnterprise also improved differencing in XPP 8.2 with the addition of an XML-based tool call XPP Compare, which allows two XML instances to be compared and the altered content to be published with changes bars, strikethrough deletion marks and insertion identifiers.
