Internet Marketing for Real Estate Agents Gets Easier with Announcement of Two Websites Syndicating

Real estate video website View This Home announces syndication with Visual Tour, the leading virtual tour company in the real estate industry. This syndication will allow real estate agents to increase their web presence with little more than a click of a button.

Charleston, SC (PRWEB) June 29, 2009 -- Real estate video website View This Home announces syndication with Visual Tour, the leading virtual tour company in the real estate industry. This syndication will allow real estate agents to increase their web presence with little more than a click of a button.

ViewThisHome.com launched over a year ago by real estate agents Ken Earnhardt and Darlene Smith. The website hosts property videos created and uploaded by its members at no cost. The website is also a search engine for property video nationwide and internationally.

VisualTour.com is a privately held corporation located in Pompano Beach Florida. Visual Tour was incorporated in 1991 and creates software and Internet back-end services that enable real estate professionals to create their own virtual tours.

The two companies began collaboration months back on this project designed to increase agents web presence through virtual tours and video. Agents that have a virtual tour of their property on VisualTour.com will be able to have their virtual tour automatically posted to ViewThisHome.com with the click of a button. The agent must have a free account set up with ViewThisHome.com for the syndication to work. If they do not have an account, the agent will be prompted to do so.

VisualTour.com is also in syndication with other top video websites. "With more and more agents getting comfortable with technology and video, this syndication is the perfect marriage. They can use the virtual tours that they are already using and automatically have them sent to the top websites for real estate video," says Earnhardt.

Web users are watching video online at the rate of billions a month according to an online poll. The syndication between these two websites will aid agents with the benefit of an increased web presence for their property virtual tours and video. "People need to find your videos online," says Smith. "The more presence you have online the greater your chances are for your videos to get found."
