Web-Est Releases New Survey Regarding the Adding of Deductibles to Repair Estimates

Web-Est just recently conducted a survey regarding body repair managers adding their customer's deductible's to the repair estimates. The survey was conducted between June 17th to June 26th. Of those surveyed, 65% said they sometimes offer financial assistance to their customer for their deductible.

Of those surveyed, 30% responded by saying that the consumer's in their repair shops request the added deductable 50% of the time or greater.
