Midwest ENERGY Association Announces Its Customer Relations Roundtable

Announcing the Customer Relations Roundtable on September 30 - October 2, 2009 in St. Louis, MO. "The program content at the MEA Roundtables is delivered more as a conversation among the presenters and attendees. This approach serves as the platform for gaining some great take-away ideas," says Breck A. Sparks, director of customer service for Vectren Utility Holdings, Inc. and chair of MEA's Customer Relations Committee.

Eagan, MN (PRWEB) June 29, 2009 -- The Midwest ENERGY Association is announcing its Customer Relations Roundtable on September 30 - October 2, 2009 in St. Louis, MO. "The program content at the MEA Roundtables is delivered more as a conversation among the presenters and attendees. This approach serves as the platform for gaining some great take-away ideas," says Breck A. Sparks, director of customer service for Vectren Utility Holdings, Inc. and chair of MEA's Customer Relations Committee.

Sparks continues, "since the topics are designed by MEA utility and associate members who are in the energy business, it is always current and applicable. The unstructured time between the sessions offers a great opportunity to network with peers." This year's topics include; driving effective customer care with e-business, innovative staffing technologies, preparing for the Smart Grid future, and high efficiency boilers for our industrial customers. Presenters include; Sandi Spurbeck and Shelita Wellmaker from AmerenUE, Patrick Parker from Midwest Energy Inc., and Tom Reddoch, PHD from Electric Power Research Institute.
