Cork (PRWEB) June 28, 2009 -- RecruitIreland.com is delighted to announce that their "Get Ireland Working" campaign has been very well received by both employers and jobseekers. RecruitIreland.com now has more employer jobs than any other jobsite in the country and to date over 550 employers have supported the campaign by advertising their job vacancies on the site.

The campaign, launched 2 months ago, offers free job advertising to employers throughout the country.

The objectives are twofold, firstly to build a one stop shop online for jobseekers to help ease their job search, and secondly to provide support to employers.

"We are thrilled with the success of this initiative, this is a difficult time for jobseekers and we wanted to be able to offer them genuine support by providing them with one central online location to search for quality job vacancies.

We have now built up a rich database of employer jobs and would like to express our appreciation to the 550+ employers that have taken us up on the offer so far" commented Emma Henry, Marketing Manager, RecruitIreland.com.

Users of the RecruitIreland.com site are delighted with the choice of vacancies available. One candidate commented, "I have been a jobseeker for a couple of months now and thanks to the great service provided by RecruitIreland.com I have managed to find a job."

In addition, the employers that have taken up the offer are keen to praise the initiative;

""We were very impressed with the "Get Ireland Working" campaign. It gave us access to the wealth of talent that is currently available for employers and made it very easy to fill the role required. We appreciate the altruistic sentiment by Recruitireland.com, if everyone follows their positive example it will give the country a great boost" stated Ken Bagnall, Clean Communications Ltd.

The Get Ireland Working campaign, offering free jobs advertising to employers, will continue to run until September 2009.
