Mohler, Nixon & Williams Adopts APS Advance Practice Management
A Top 100 US accounting firm, and Commercial Logic, Inc. (CLI), have announced that Mohler, Nixon & Williams will become the first North American accounting firm to implement the APS Advance Practice Management system.
London, UK/ Campbell, CA/ Hanover, NH (PRWEB) June 28, 2009 -- Mohler, Nixon & Williams (MNW), a Top 100 US accounting firm, and Commercial Logic, Inc. (CLI), a leading provider of Practice Management software for the accounting profession, announced today that Mohler, Nixon & Williams will become the first North American accounting firm to implement the APS Advance Practice Management system.
APS Advance will enable MNW to accomplish four major objectives:
| | - Improve the firm's ability to manage their client relationships by consolidation of data from multiple sources in the organisation.
- Implement consistent workflow processes and reporting on a firm‐wide basis.
- Free significant administrative staff time by eliminating the re‐entry and manipulation of data to produce information in the form needed to manage the business.
- Improve the ability to analyse and manage the firm by service line.

The ROI case for APS Advance was exceptionally compelling, even though it was more expensive than competitors. MNW selected the base Practice Management module and the Business Intelligence module known as Practice IQ (PIQ). APS also offers fully integrated (one database) CRM and Resource Planning modules, which will be separately evaluated at a later time.
"One key advantage of APS Advance is that it can model our organisational structure and reporting needs," said Leinani Nakamura, Managing Partner of MNW.
In addition, APS and CLI provided a transparent and thorough selection and implementation process. "From the first exploratory meeting to the latest implementation planning meeting, CLI and APS showed that they cared about our firm. We knew what would be provided, how much it would cost, and how long it will take to implement, and we are confident that they can support our requirements going forward."
"We are pleased that MNW has valued the relationship with CLI over the years, and that we are able to help them select and implement such a superior system from an exceptional company," said Peter Coburn, President of CLI.
