Handmade Jewelry Website Takes Beauty to the Blogosphere with New Blog
TripleAJewelry.com is an e-store that launched earlier in the year and has recently added a new blog to its many features. The site's co-founders sat down to talk about their site, blog and potential new designs.
Bixby, OK (PRWEB) June 28, 2009 -- For many people, jewelry selection is something that is boiled down to what they can find at a big box retailer or mall store. Beautiful handmade jewelry seems like they are rather difficult to come by these days, but thanks to the internet, people can find new and exciting types of items that can help fit their personality, such as the case with www.TripleAJewelry.com.
"Most people who make jewelry do it as a hobby and not as a business. We've found a happy medium where we can make art and try to make sure that people have access to them," said Frank Agostini, who founded the website with his wife, Sheri.
Frank and Sheri started the website in January 2009 after working on their own line of beaded necklaces and assorted jewelry for the last few years.
"I became interested in learning how to make my own jewelry after watching a friend of ours," said Sheri. "After learning from the classes, I would go home and show Frank and he would then begin to make his own version of the patterns that I had shown him."
Working as a dream team of sorts, the Agostinis debut new handmade and custom jewelry periodically and are able to replicate custom made designs.
"These are custom and unique," said Frank. "We're constantly working on making these appealing for people."
One of their newer features is the blog (www.CustomJewelryInfo.com) that launched this month and that provides information regarding the jewelry that appears on the Triple A Jewelry website.
"The blog is a great way to communicate with other jewelry enthusiasts and lovers," said Sheri. "It's also a way for us to unveil new designs."
As the site continues to gain traction, the Agostinis become more entrenched with their local supporting community and the network that they're building.
"Frank and I have become involved with the Oklahoma Bead Society and we hope to expand our bead collection and continue to create more unique pieces."
