James A. Purdy, Jr. Joins CST Stabilization as Regional Engineering Consultant

Former Buckeye sales executive Jim Purdy set to lead CST Stabilization's sales and marketing activities into structural and civil engineering firms throughout Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and Montana. His efforts will focus on improving design specifications engineers use to preserve and repair concrete pavement, structures, and underlying soils. Denver, Colorado (PRWEB) June 28, 2009 -- Concrete Stabilization Technologies, Inc. (CST) today announced that James A. (Jim) Purdy, Jr. has joined the field engineering support team at CST in the role of Regional Engineering Consultant.

Jim Purdy joined CST from Buckeye Building Fibers, where he served as their national specification and promotion manager. At CST, Jim shares responsibility for CST's consulting and specification services to both commercial and governmental engineering organizations in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, and Montana. Jim's 28 years of experience in construction sales, management, marketing, and business development give him a well-seasoned perspective which perfectly complements CST's needs as a rapidly growing regional specialty contractor.

Prior to joining Buckeye Technologies, Jim was a territory manager then regional sales manager for Fibermesh, where he led in the development of sales people, specification design and dissemination, industry training, and profitable business growth. Jim is noted for his high performance and high energy, having maintained company "top ten" sales performance for over a decade in the industry.

Jim is a well-known speaker in the Rocky Mountain region. His program presentations for the Colorado Ready Mixed Concrete Association (CRMCA) have helped many industry professionals to improve best practices in concrete restoration, repair, and maintenance.

Jim is also recognized by professionals in the industry as one who works for the customer, bringing expertise and product offerings to bear in order to achieve the best end results for each customer. He is also known as one who can differentiate the usefulness of one product or specification over another in ways that can eliminate confusion within the specification process.
