The Town East Square shopping center, one of the largest malls in the state of Kansas, is undergoing an $8 million renovation that includes new Trim EZ Pro Series mouldings from ZāGO Flexible Trims & Mouldings, Inc.

The Law Company purchased 600 feet of Trim EZ base moulding to go around columns as part of the renovation to the Wichita shopping center, which was built in 1975. The mall, which has more than 130 stores and 1.1 million square feet of space, has been undergoing a multi-phase renovation. It's owned by Simon Property Group, Inc., the country's largest owner, developer and manager of high quality retail real estate.

The new Trim EZ Pro Series line by ZāGO was perfect for the mall's new columns as its new materials allow for the creation of architectural designs that previously have not been possible. Trim EZ Pro Series trims and mouldings are custom made and easily bent or shaped for any curved or rounded decorative need, such as base moulding on rounded walls, curves on crown mouldings, or casing on arched doorways and openings and custom window treatments. They are low maintenance and can be painted or stained to create any desired finish and compliment any room.

Made from a high quality polymer composite and not from wood, the new flexible trims and mouldings provide the look and appeal of beautifully carved wood without cracking, rotting or chipping and can be used indoors or outdoors in place of, or as an accessory to, wood.
