Lead Quality Made Stronger: Rising Results, Inc Implements New lead Validation/Verification Tool
RR deploys back-end lead validation tool to validate/verify all leads that are submitted through it's hosted forms on it's education sites and network affiliate sites.
Staten Island, NY (PRWEB) July 1, 2009 -- In August 2006, Rising Results Inc launched its first EDU portal, www.topcollegedegrees.net. TopCollegeDegrees has flourished into a successful educational portal providing clients with an outlet to increase enrollment acquisition, as well as provide prospective students a variety of accredited schools and programs to choose from while they search for an online degree program. Fast forwarding to March 2007, RR Inc launched www.advancemyeducation.com to increase exposure of their current clientele as well as satisfy the organization's need to accommodate new education clients.
That being said, as successful as their education sites have been, there was something missing; an 'added value' service that is practically 'near-mandatory' in the online lead-generation industry today.
The answer? An in-house lead validation/verification tool! And Rising Results has answered that challenge.
Since the inception of TCD in 2006, RR had been leasing a lead validation/verification protocol. However, in order increase lead quality, the RR IT Development team went to work to create a custom lead verification tool. After 8 months of building and testing, RR deployed Leadxpert in June 2008 and has been running strong ever since.
Leadxpert verifies data on 5 platforms: postal verification, phone verification, suppression processing, email verification and de-duplication.
Postal verification pin-points errors in relation to 'city-state-zip code' combinations to a valid USPS delivery point. Phone verification validates proper phone number convention and detects and parses out bogus exchanges. Profanity is scrubbed out across all fields via the suppression process. Email syntax/domain name is verified, and de-duplication checks against previous leads (last 30 days) and traps any duplicate phone numbers (both hard wire and cell).
Furthermore, Leadxpert allows the affiliate and the client an access ID so they may monitor leads in real-time, and perform web-enabled reporting. Reports include all leads with a unique record # and display all accepted and bad leads with "reasons" for rejections at time of post. Leadxpert can also categorize leads as Pending due to an offline validation issue. The affiliate and client can easily export their campaign data and configure their own reports for their organization.
Also important to note, is that all lead verification service providers charge an initial set-up fee, a 'pre-lead' charge for valid and invalid leads that process through their system and additional charges for implementing any new posting documentation that the client needs to initiate due to technical changes on their end.
If Rising Results is hosting your forms, whether they'd be education, travel & recreation, debt-mortgage, etc, on our publishing network, there are NO set-up fees, NO charges on individual processed leads, and NO charges for any technical or creative updates that the client may have during the life of the campaign.
