Atlanta-based Red Clay Consulting announced today that it has been selected by EnerNOC, Inc., a leading provider of clean and intelligent energy solutions, for enterprise-wide implementation of Oracle Utilities Billing Component. The application is being deployed to support EnerNOC's leading demand response and energy efficiency network solutions.
