Gatehouse Academy, the premier source for young adult addiction treatment announces new team made official as of June, 1, 2009.

Gatehouse Academy, the premier source and solution for young adult addiction recovery, has just announced a new team effective as of June 1, 2009.

Gatehouse Academy, the premier source for young adult addiction recovery has a new team and the changes were made official as of June 1st, 2009.

Matt Brown is now Director of Admissions. He was the Admissions Director for the better part of six years, from 2001-2007.

"We are very happy to have Matt on our team once again," Director of Marketing Michael Baldassare said. "Families will appreciate his ability to remain strong and stable during crisis like intervention."

Todd Welch has been appointed Admissions Coordinator. Welch is an alumnus of Gatehouse Academy and will be backing up Matt Brown to have round the clock live support for every person who calls Gatehouse Academy in search of help.

Anthony Marengo is now Supervisor of Foundation Program Development, a new position. This position was created out of great need for someone who can maintain a rational and level head when faced with difficult situations. Two years as Admissions Director will qualify Anthony to take on such a task. Marengo is responsible for the initial 30-60 days of family communication with new admissions, as well as the point person to reach when crisis is reached with residents, during admission, discharge or transfer.

Michael Baldassare is now Director of Marketing, responsible for all public relations of Gatehouse Academy.

"It will be my job to make sure everyone feels satisfied with the job Gatehouse Academy is doing," Baldassare said. "I will also be attending conferences and traveling to meet with people about Gatehouse Academy and the impact its making on hundreds of young adults each year."

Former CEO, Kent Sherman is Managing Partner and partial owner of Gatehouse Academy. He will oversee the development of the new team. His experience will maintain the course towards the mission of Gatehouse Academy.
