Avenue of the Stars combines real life stories from premiere celebrity news service Splash News and Picture Agency (http://www.splashnews.com), with a fictionalized narrative, to create a groundbreaking view of Hollywood behind the scenes.
As celebrity news sources increasingly becoming the go-to resource for mainstream journalists, Avenue of the Stars sheds light on the how and why they are the leaders in acquiring their information.
The series follows The Prima Donna's, three young Paparazzi who manipulate the Hollywood jungle in order to break the hottest celebrity stories of the day. The Prima Donna's have a "Charlie's Angels to Charlie" relationship with their mysterious boss Ian Michelson, the source of their "stalking orders".
Linked with an active blog, webisodes, mobile entertainment content, and social networking campaigns, each episode is designed to be its own weekly multi-media event. This unique platform charters new territory by transporting the television viewer, the web browser, and the mobile phone user into an ever-morphing portal of content. Not only are viewers watching they show, they are living the show.
