Talent Intelligence, the premier provider of integrated Leadership Risk Management solutions, has launched a number of new service offerings that complement the ongoing advisory work that the firm undertakes in the area of succession planning, strategic talent management and talent due diligence.

These offerings have resulted from a numerous engagements over the last year or so that we have undertaken for clients and represent a clear demand for such services, hence the reason for formalizing them in to a structured offering for all of our clients around the world

Talent Intelligence has released two new service offerings that complement the core service offerings that the firm provides in the area of Leadership Risk. The two offerings are Diversity Intelligence and Leadership Transitions.

Diversitiy Intelligence moves beyond the high-level discussions and reams of diversity information to granular, actionable intelligence on competitor's diversity strategy, deployment, and qualified pools of talent. The offering is a result of Competitive Intelligence engagements for clients who wish to understand and learn more about the diversity strategies of their competitors and/or best practice companies. The offering is headed up by Cara Baiocchi, Global Diversity Practice Leader who is supported by dedicated consultants and Facutly members who are deeply experienced in diversity and inclusion efforts. Regional diversity and inclusive efforts can be combined with an over-arching global strategy to leverage cultural diversity in existing and emerging markets.

Leadership Transitions is delivered by a Faculty made up of experienced company directors and former CEO's of both Fortune 500, FTSE 100 and ASX100 companies, senior human resource executives and specialist leadership consultants led by our Senior Advisor Bob Joy, the former Global Head of HR at Colgate-Palmolive. The service is designed as a more dignified and confidential "in-house" pre-separation approach to fill a gap in the market by advising senior executives who are, for various reasons, considering the transition to a career beyond the years of loyal executive service that they have contributed to the company. Our approach reduces the demands on the organization while strengthening its legal position.

By extending this service to senior executives, the company is demonstrating how important these individuals have been to the organization over the years by providing them a level of comfort, preparedness and certainty. The service is designed to take the risk and concern out of the change and provides the executives with the skills necessary to plan and successfully execute the transition to the next phase of their career while allowing an appropriate lead time for smooth succession risk planning.

Craig Speed, President Amerca's Region for Talent Intelligence, said "These offerings have resulted from a numerous engagements over the last year or so that we have undertaken for clients and represent a clear demand for such services, hence the reason for formalizing them in to a structured offering for all of our clients around the world".
