The new portal provides an online destination where Optimum Business value-added resellers are able to create and generate letters of authorization online, place orders, schedule implementations and track information.

The portal is the latest tool to be rolled out to this important channel. - Simplifying the Ordering Process - Authorized resellers can now use the portal to submit orders. Portal orders can be submitted 24 x 7.
- Use of eLOA for Customers - Authorized resellers can use the portal to send an electronic Letter of Authorization (eLOA) to their customer to obtain permission to port telephone numbers. When the customer completes the eLOA the portal will be updated, and no paper eLOA needs to be obtained and sent to Cablevision to complete the order.
- Automatic Order Tracking - Orders submitted through the portal will be automatically updated with installation time and date allowing partners to advise their customers or schedule resources as necessary. Order tracking will also indicate if an installation has been completed or rescheduled.
- Access to Existing Customer Service Records - As part of the order submission process authorized resellers can obtain a Customer Service Record (CSR), with permission from the customer, when available from a customer's current carrier to verify account information once an eLOA has been submitted.
