Englewood, CO (PRWEB) July 6, 2009
CCM Inflatables today announced that it is starting a new business line for buying existing inflatable rafts, refurbishing them to near new quality and selling them at a discount to the public. "This is a greatly underserved market" said Chris Pearson, CCM co-owner. "Many people want to have access to white water adventures, simple river running or the inflatable "dingy" for the back of their larger boat. This will allow them to do so at a greatly reduced price from new. Inflatable rafts are safe and very resilient. They last for many years."
CCM will be buying most of its used rafts from reputable rafting companies. These companies buy only the strongest, lightest and most maneuverable brands. The refurbishing process will be very thorough and careful to insure continued long life for the rafts sold.
Prices will vary depending on raft size, said Pearson. Super premium rafts such as Zodiac and Avon will sell at a premium but we expect to have rafts in every price range and description.
Separately, CCM announced it is establishing a raft and RIB repair service. This service will take low numbers of repairs on individual shipments. Higher numbers of repairs will be accomplished by having the mobile repair center sent to the customer's site.
CCM is a Denver based company, but has shipping agreements with many large surface carriers to quickly deliver the rafts at the lowest possible prices.
