Introducing the $500 Home Buyer Bonus: if you buy a home and get your mortgage through Quicken Loans, you'll receive a $500 check after your home loan closes.

Quicken Loans, the nation's largest online retail lender and fifth largest retail mortgage lender in the United States, announced today the $500 Home Buyer Bonus, an incentive for home buyers interested in buying a house this summer.

The promotion gives every home buyer who obtains their home loan through Quicken Loans $500 cash back after the home loan is closed. Any home buyer who completes a loan application and signs a home purchase agreement between June 17, 2009 and July 31, 2009, and closes the home loan by December 31, 2009, is eligible to receive the $500 home buyer cash bonus.

In addition, clients who buy a home through an In-House Realty trusted real estate agent can receive an additional $250 cash back, making a total combined home buyer bonus of $750. In-House Realty matches Quicken Loans clients with experienced real estate agents in their area at no cost.

This promotion can also be combined with the first-time home buyer tax credit, announced by the Obama Administration earlier this year, which provides first-time home buyers with a tax credit of up to $8,000 for primary residences purchased before December 1, 2009.
