Generational Equity has announced the sale of its client Nomad Inspection Services, a nondestructive testing services company headquartered in Olds, Canada (near Calgary), to MISTRAS Group, a global technology-based nondestructive testing (NDT) solutions firm headquartered in Princeton Junction, NJ.

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) July 6, 2009 -- Generational Equity has announced the sale of its client Nomad Inspection Services, a nondestructive testing services company headquartered in Olds, Canada (near Calgary), to MISTRAS Group, a global technology-based nondestructive testing (NDT) solutions firm headquartered in Princeton Junction, NJ.

Generational Equity represented the sellers and Brenen Hofstadter was the Managing Director. The transaction closed July 3, 2008 and the terms were not disclosed.
