It is an honor for Panda Travel to have been voted Hawaii's best travel agency.
Honolulu, Hawaii (PRWEB) July 4, 2009
When residents and visitors want to find the best bento (a local version of a packaged box lunch), the best karaoke, or the best haircut on the islands, they turn to the Star-Bulletin and MidWeek newspapers' annual "Hawaii's Best" readers' poll. As the two papers combined reach a larger audience than any other publication in Hawaii, the list is considered a true insider's ranking of the best shopping and retail, services, entertainment, and restaurant and food options on the islands. Now, for the fourth year in a row, Panda Travel has been named Hawaii's "Best Travel Agency" by readers, beating worthy competitors Vacations Hawaii and Regal Travel for the title.
Panda Travel first won the prestigious award in 2006. Since then, it has continued to top the list of best travel agencies in consecutive years by offering Hawaii travel deals for nearly every budget and destination. And although the poll let readers define for themselves the qualities of a "best" winner, the Star-Bulletin staff did note that many of the winners are also among the most successful establishments in the islands, indicating a link between "best" and "popular."
Of the award, Product Manager John DeFreitas said, "It is an honor for Panda Travel to have been voted Hawaii's best travel agency." He added, "The company creates a variety of Hawaii vacations catering to the travel needs of visitors and locals alike. We want everyone to experience the aloha spirit with a Hawaiian vacation from Panda Travel!"
