About the Global Jonah Course

The course is named after the fictional character Jonah in Eliyahu Goldratt's best selling business book, The Goal. In the book Jonah assists the protagonist, Alex, to save his company. He is not the typical consultant. He helps Alex by leading him through a questioning process where Alex discovers the real issues in his organization, and himself becomes a teacher to others. The course leads attendees through a process of discovery and learning where they can discover for themselves what is needed to improve the organization's performance.
