WerkMATE Enables Integrated Automated Testing of XOP's Web Portal and Conferencing Applications.

CallMation, Inc., a software developer of an innovative test automation solution, today announced that XOP Networks has selected its test automation solution, WerkMATE, for use in its global development, testing, and quality assurance facilities.

XOP Networks, Inc., is a manufacturer of innovative conferencing solutions, selling to medium and large enterprises, government, Carriers, Independent Telephone Companies, Competitive Local Exchange Carriers and Service Bureaus. Their products provide voice mail, mass notification, audio conferencing, web conferencing and video conferencing.

XOP Networks has testing labs worldwide in the US and India, and supports numerous clients in the US and across the globe.. As a result of their success and growth, the number of portals and voice applications became too complex to test individually. XOP Networks deployed WerkMATE to automate and integrate the simultaneous testing of its web applications and voice call generation to verify functionality and performance.

"Our conferencing product supports a web portal for management of conferences. We used to test the web portal and our conferencing voice applications separately, using a variety of load generators," said Sudhir Gupta, CEO of XOP Networks. "WerkMATE allows us to test both the Web portal and the conferencing voice application together in an integrated fashion, making the regression testing of complex systems like ours easy, and a lot more effective."

"We are pleased to work with such an innovative conferencing solution provider," said Terry Caterisano, President and CEO of CallMation. "The XOP Networks product has grown in complexity to the point that manual testing was no longer an option and WerkMATE provided the right technology needed to address their testing challenges."

CallMation's WerkMATE product is a multi-vendor, multi-device automated test environment solution, designed for any organization with equipment and software testing needs. WerkMATE's technology is applicable telecom and communication equipment providers and service providers who require routine system and software testing.
