Released on May 18, 2009, the new PPAR.com features powerful but easy to use tools and a great depth of information that includes comprehensive data, maps, virtual tours, multiple photos and much more. The site allows for robust searching of every property type, including:

  •     Upcoming Open Houses
  •     Home Values
  •     Vacant Land
  •     Farm & Ranch
  •     Homes for Rent
  •     Short Sales & Foreclosures
  •     Homes Qualified as Affordable Housing

  •     Searching for an area REALTOR®

Listing reports include address and comprehensive data that both buyers and sellers will find pertinent as they consider a transaction involving Colorado Springs real estate. Monthly MLS Statistics are posted to the site along with a statistical analysis by one of the PPAR Directors.

In the first month of release, site traffic has increased over four time the numbers of unique visitors and six times as many people returning to the site more than once. Buyers and Sellers who have discovered the new site all comment on how easy it is to use as well as appreciating the depth of the content.

The Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS® was organized in 1902 and has been providing reliable information about Colorado Springs real estate to REALTORS® and consumers alike for over 100 years. Today, PPAR is 3,500 members strong serving Colorado Springs, Woodland Park, Security, Fountain, Monument, Falcon and the entire Pikes Peak region.
