Experiential branding and marketing firm, Creative Realities, announced that Joe Hasenzahl joined the company as VP of Client Services. Hasenzahl will lead the business units associated with the multiple stages of roll-out projects, including Account Management, Customer Service, and Training. He will also provide support for clients over the full course of their relationship with the firm.
Hasenzahl brings extensive experience in retail from the client side, and a business background that spans technology, marketing, sales, and client services. "You have to really understand a whole business to develop solutions that help clients meet their business goals," he said.
Prior to joining Creative Realities, Hasenzahl was Vice President of Operations & Client Services for a company that provides digital signage solutions for high-traffic retail and QSR locations. There, he oversaw operations and account management, and expanded the company's network to reach 7 million unique visitors a month. Previously, he was Director of Retail Systems at BCBG Max Azria, where he helped the chain quadruple in size in less than two years. Hasenzahl was also Manager of Application Development for Universal Studios Parks & Resorts.
Hasenzahl is a member of the National Retail Federation. He has been a guest speaker at many industry events, including serving as the keynote speaker to the Latin American Retail Federation and as a SuperSession speaker at JDA Focus.
Hasenzahl graduated from Pepperdine University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Management.
