Expense Fiddlers Cry 'Fowl' as KDS Recruits Feathered Friend as Mascot for Expenses Awareness-raising Campaign.

Following months of expense-related scandal in UK public life, an unlikely new champion has emerged to fight the battle to improve travel and expense management.
