The online-only auction event of these properties begins Wednesday, July 8 and ends Wednesday, July 22 with all bidding being conducted at online at http://www.rowellauctions.com. The public will have two opportunities to preview the property during open houses scheduled on Friday, July 10th and Friday, July 17th from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. The absolute auction is being conducted on behalf of First Coast Community Bank, which took possession on December 31st, 2008.
