Attorney Steven A. Tomeo Publishes New Book on Connecticut DUI Law

Hartford, Connecticut (PRWEB) July 9, 2009 -- Attorney Steven A. Tomeo of Hartford, Connecticut has published a new, authoritative law volume, Connecticut DUI Law, published by West.

Written as a comprehensive, how-to practice guide, Connecticut DUI Law provides a background of current case law involving defending the DUI case in Connecticut. It includes examination of recent Connecticut Supreme Court rulings on DUI cases. It also discusses how to effectively file Administrative Per Se Appeals in addition to how to deal with the DMV in the Administrative Per Se venue. The book is a practice book for the legal practitioner.

Attorney Tomeo is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the National College for DUI Defense. His practice is limited to DUI Defense. He practices in the Superior Court, GA Division throughout the State of Connecticut and routinely handles cases in the Appellate and Supreme Courts of the State of Connecticut. He has been practicing law since 1969.

He received his B.A. from the Fairleigh Dickinson University and his J.D. from Petit College of Law at Ohio Northern University.
