Atlanta-based full-service agency DENMARK (the agency) has launched an integrated campaign for Cbeyond, an Atlanta-based communications and IT services provider to small businesses. ATLANTA, GA (PRWEB) July 9, 2009 -- Atlanta-based full-service agency DENMARK (the agency) has launched an integrated campaign for Cbeyond, an Atlanta-based communications and IT services provider to small businesses and Forbes magazine's 6th fastest growing technology company in America. The new campaign, "Customers Count" features Cbeyond customers discussing how Cbeyond has helped their small business grow.

DENMARK designed the campaign microsite to educate visitors about how Cbeyond's BeyondVoice communication packages and productivity applications can help them communicate with their customers.
DENMARK designed the campaign microsite to educate visitors about how Cbeyond's BeyondVoice communication packages and productivity applications can help them communicate with their customers.

The campaign features Cbeyond customers from four of the company's 12 markets and includes the Atlanta Humane Society, Colorado-based Boulder Beer Brewing Company, Chicago-based Kim & Scott's Gourmet Pretzels and Beverly Hills Publishing Company, among others. Each will be featured in a series of advertisements designed to show how Cbeyond is a trusted resource and reliable business partner.

"With the rise in social media, we have moved from the Information Age to the Age of Recommendation, and consumers are relying more and more on the advice and approvals from their friends, associates and peers than from traditional, self-serving branded messages." said Priscilla Jessup, founder and principal of Denmark. "The 'Customers Count' campaign incorporates brand messaging in a peer-to-peer model, which is much more relevant for small business owners. We're talking with people who make decisions based on both price and relationships, so we must show the human side of the equation. The 'Customers Count' campaign was created to showcase how Cbeyond's customers are using the company's full suite of services and tools to effectively connect and communicate with their customers."

The campaign, which launched in early June, includes Internet radio, outdoor, print and digital advertising. Print advertisements began running in AirTran's GO Magazine and will also be featured in select Atlanta Business Chronicle issues. Digital advertisements will run on popular small business sites such as entrpreneur.com, cnnmoney.com, businessweek.com, fastcompany.com, and a number of other geo-target local business sites. A new website, cbeyond.net/GROW was also created to help fulfill this campaign and detail how Cbeyond customers use Cbeyond's BeyondVoice communication packages and productivity applications to communicate with their customers.

"No one tells the Cbeyond story better than our small business customers," said Steve Zimba, Vice President of Marketing for Cbeyond. "When it comes to technology buying decisions, small businesses consult with each other both online and off, and there is no better way to advertise our communications and IT services than through our loyal customers."
Jessup Adds, "This is a campaign that's right for our times. Today's small business owners are faced with a challenged economy and Cbeyond has both the expertise and technology to help small businesses thrive."
