The acquisition and merger of the firms establishes TaxBreak as the nation’s largest independent tax credit processor serving more than 75,000 client locations, and expands the company’s sales presence.

TaxBreak’s acquisition of TaxBreak Solutions reaffirms its commitment to customer service and company growth by more closely aligning the agent team with the corporate entity. This will enable the agents to better service clients who reside in their territory and gives the agents direct access to company management.
