Peter M. Collins, President of A2B Tracking Solutions, Inc., has been named to the Technical Committee of the ID World International Congress. Scheduled for early November in Milan, Italy, ID World Congress International Congress is the most comprehensive automatic identification technology (AIT) forum for an international audience. Peter is one of 14 experts from around the world who is defining the Congress agenda, by choosing 150 speakers to present core technologies upon which future AIT systems will be built.
During the 2008 ID World International Congress Peter was awarded the coveted ID Leadership Award - considered an Oscar in the AIT industry. This award is assigned to an individual who has catalyzed the attention of other leading players by fostering initiatives that benefit the entire AIT industry. Collins' active participation in the US Department of Defense (DoD) Unique Identification (IUID) initiative was recognized, along with his role as President of A2B Tracking Solutions, a software development company specializing in software and services to support IUID compliance.
