CableFAX Celebrates The Best in Programming
CableFAX announces the finalists for its annual competition recognizing Cable's top shows, people and entertainment icons, as well as HD content, mobile and online programs.
Rockville, MD (PRWEB) July 13, 2009 -- CableFAX: The Magazine is excited to honor the finalists of the annual CableFAX Program Awards, a competition which sets the benchmark for excellence in cable content and people. The categories to name a few, include "Best Actor/ Actress in Cable", "Best Cable Show or Series", "Best Director", "Best Producer" "Best Video on Demand Program", and "Best Writer". In all, contestants were judged in 38 categories. The finalists will be celebrated at the annual CableFAX Program Awards event, September 16th, at the Grand Hyatt, New York City, and winners from each category will be announced. In addition CableFAX will induct 10 individuals (names already released) to its Hall of Fame--CableFAX's most prestigious honor.

For the first time, the CableFAX Program Awards will open its doors to CableFAX's Top Operators (both MSO's and independents. The Top Operators, determined by a panel of CableFAX judges, represent those who've made outstanding contributions to marketing, customer service, community involvement and technology. In a single venue, those who create amazing content and those who excel in bringing it to the public will share in each other's celebrations.
