BridgeFront, a healthcare education firm, announces Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health organization, INTEGRIS Health, has renewed its contract with BridgeFront. INTEGRIS Health's current Revenue Cycle staff and new hires will continue receiving BridgeFront's Revenue Cycle online training as part of its organization-wide education program.

"BridgeFront has provided INTEGRIS Health with the most comprehensive educational tool available on the market," says Brent Grimes, Administrative Director at INTEGRIS Health. "Over the last two years, we have taken our Revenue Integrity Team to a new level and have empowered the team with a foundation of knowledge and confidence. INTEGRIS Health has made a commitment to make education a top priority during these ever-changing times. We are very confident we can meet these challenges having BridgeFront as our education partner."

Similar to other healthcare providers across the nation, INTEGRIS Health has wrestled with the complex tasks in the Revenue Cycle, including third party regulatory requirements and patient billing and collections. To meet these challenges, while continuing to deliver excellent patient care, INTEGRIS will train its Revenue Cycle staff on all facets of billing and collections using BridgeFront's online education.

"In today's difficult economic climate, many healthcare providers are struggling financially and seeking ways to prevent costly re-bills and other errors in the Revenue Cycle," says Lorraine Schnelle, Executive VP of BridgeFront with 25 years of healthcare finance experience. "Our comprehensive Revenue Cycle education not only focuses on ways to prevent and eliminate errors, but also provides organizations with the tools to customize our training and assess the overall competency of staff."

BridgeFront offers over 80 Revenue Cycle courses, ranging from introductory to advanced topics. Schnelle says, "Our courses have been proven to improve staff productivity, cash flow, employee relations and reduce overall denials, rejections and re-bills. Also, employees who complete our courses are found to be more accurate and productive."

BridgeFront's online courses are accessed via the Internet and available 24/7 - so learners can complete the training when their busy schedules allow. Course features include skill building activities, newly-enhanced chapter review questions, post-tests, certificates of completion and a virtual notes tool.
