New Senior Living Website Launches With New Blog

Many seniors and elder baby boomers may think that life stops at retirement age, but James Sliney is prepared to show them that good health expands well beyond the twilight years. Through his new website, Sliney explains how simple it is to prolong life with proper personal care.

Robins, IA (PRWEB) July 11, 2009 -- For many adults in their twilight years, health care is a paramount concern. Even for people who have the optimal health, resources still need to be made available for them to continue to have their best years ahead of them.

Entrepreneur James Sliney has a healthy body and mind, but he has discovered that as he ages, he needs an extra push to keep himself in the best shape possible.

"A few years ago, I thought I was healthy up until a certain point," he explained. "The blood tests weren't where they should've been, but with help from my doctors, I turned things around and now I have better health."

With a desire of helping others, Sliney launched www.GoldenHealth4Seniors.com, a web resource that has a wealth of information on senior health and care.

"I have a Ph.D. and so the research aspect was a natural part of creating the website," Sliney said. "This web venture is a natural extension of my life's work."

The venture that is Golden Health 4 Seniors has links to several helpful health sites, as well as additional resources that can help boost the immune system and provide expansive knowledge with health books.

As the site continues to grow and evolve - even in its infancy - Sliney keeps growing his site, most recently adding a new blog, www.PreemptiveAgingInfo.com.

"With the website, GoldenHealth4Seniors.com, I try to put out the ideas, but with the blog, I'm offering descriptions of what the problems could be and help people with information that may help," he explained.

While Sliney does not offer instant cures for people's ailments, he hopes that people will read his site and blog and use the knowledge to live a healthy life, devoid of preventable problems.

"I'm a senior and I want to have fun," he said. "What we know from modern medicine is that I can push 90 years. I order to do that, I believe in preemptive aging. Why wait until your health is failing? Why not deal with it up front?

"By taking care of yourself now, it's not only cost effect, but it will be better for you overall. I want to go into my 80s enjoying my life," Sliney concluded.
