Acuren Group Inc. Acquires Randall Inspection Services Inc.

Acuren Group Inc. headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta has acquired Randall Inspection Services of Bonnyville, Alberta.

Edmonton, Alberta (PRWEB) July 13, 2009 -- Acuren Group Inc. (Acuren) is pleased to announce that it has concluded the acquisition of Randall Inspection Services Inc. (Randall Inspection) of Bonnyville, Alberta. Since 1995, Randall has provided nondestructive testing (NDT) services in the Heavy Oil area surrounding Bonnyville, Cold Lake and Lloydminster. Randall has serviced the construction, fabrication, oil & gas and petrochemical industries. Randall Inspection offers an extensive scope of NDT and inspection services including Radiography, Ultrasonics, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, Tank Inspection, Vessel Inspection and Visual Inspection.

Randall Inspection employees have significant technical expertise and industry experience. Acuren acquired Randall Inspection from the Johnson family, who founded and managed the business for 14 years. Randy and Monique Johnson will continue in their current roles managing the business.
