A number of the enhancements revolve around full text search capabilities and the addition of administrator defined fields which improve the database management of documents and offer file tagging capabilities. For increased security and confidentiality, specific documents may now be made available for single individuals or even certain groups. This provides the ability to create folders for witnesses, depositions, pleadings and motions, while limiting access to that information on a “need to know” basis. Using the audit/tracking reports the administrator if fully aware of who has accessed each document and when.
