We can't take full credit for this honor on our own
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) July 16, 2009
When the EMC North America Partner Council convenes later this year, Integrated Data Storage, Inc. will publicly be declared the recipient of the 2009 EMC Velocity² Authorized Services Network Quality (ASNQ) Award. This year's annual awards ceremony won't, however, be the first time the Chicago-area data storage solutions provider will walk away with the distinction. In fact, 2009 will mark the corporation's third consecutive win. No other company in the council's history has managed to accomplish this feat. A complete list of all the deduplication, disaster recovery, information storage and backup, and server virtualization services that merited Integrated Data Storage this honor can be viewed online at http://www.IntegratedDataStorage.com .
A world leader in information infrastructure solutions, EMC Corporation convenes its North America Partner Council annually to promote open and active dialogue with EMC Velocity² Partners and to provide them with the opportunity to network with EMC senior executives and managers. The council presents the ASNQ Awards annually to those partners who have demonstrated sustained service quality excellence, as determined by ASNQ customer surveys. Because such surveys reflect the actual quality of service customers receive, the awards are just as much a reflection of overall customer satisfaction as they are industry achievement.
This year, EMC Corporation has narrowed the field to eleven companies that are deserving of the EMC Velocity² Authorized Services Network Quality distinction. Only Integrated Data Storage, Inc., however, has ever done so three times in a row. The Chicago-area data storage solutions provider takes great pride in this record-setting achievement.
"We can't take full credit for this honor on our own," says Alan Dorrian, Partner of Integrated Data Storage. "We owe a great deal of gratitude to our customers for their willingness to take the time to recognize our efforts on their behalf. While the 'Total Customer Experience' internal processes we implement can be very time-consuming for our engineering and sales staff, they are well worth the effort when they result in this kind of positive customer feedback.
"In an industry that seems to evolve on almost a daily basis," he continues, "one thing remains consistent: the core belief that the best implementation of a sound engineered solution continues to be what our customers are after. That's precisely what we're committed to delivering and our EMC Velocity² Authorized Services Network Quality (ASNQ) Award status proves it."
