Allen Interactions Recognized as a Training Production Finalist for Essilor's APEX-Optics Bronze Certification e-Learning

Allen Interactions, an internationally acclaimed custom design, development and strategic consulting firm of e-learning solutions, was recognized as an American Business Award Training Production Finalist in the interactive multimedia training category for the APEX-Optics Bronze Certification e-learning solution. This e-learning solution was design and developed for Essilor, the leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of optical lenses in the United States.

This custom learning solution provides a blended multi-level training and certification program that added value to Essilor's organization by building the capabilities of new and existing employees, improving day-to-day life at work, increasing operational productivity and managing costs. Through the blended learning experience, lab operators were provided access to e-learning courses, instructor-led activities, printed support materials, and on-the-lab floor evaluations. Allen Interactions designed and developed the e-learning courses for this blended learning solution.
