Never content to rest on their successes and always looking for ways to improve product quality, sales and bottom line profits, Raising Cane’s retained Synergy Restaurant Consultants to perform their all-inclusive, top-to-bottom Restaurant Operations Assessment. The assessment was performed by touring and working in numerous restaurant locations in the Baton Rouge area, where the concept was founded, nurtured. The Corporate Support Center was relocated to Dallas, TX earlier this year.

“We’ve experienced pretty fast growth over the last several years, and with that came a desire to review all of our operations systems and processes, and gain an outside perspective on ways we can improve. That’s what triggered our hiring Synergy,” explains Clay Dover, President. “We were very impressed with the recommendations made, and are already in the process of reviewing and testing several new pieces of equipment, and implementing several new initiatives designed to enhance our operational efficiencies.”

In addition to the Restaurant Operations Assessment, Synergy was charged with the Menu Development of several new items, designed to broaden the scope and appeal of the chain’s product offerings. “We’ve worked with Synergy in the past on Menu Development projects and have been extremely pleased with the results – they are great at ‘thinking outside’ the box, yet being operations relevant when creating new menu concepts. They worked very closely with our Purchasing and Operations Team to ensure that new menu products as well as ingredients fit within our abilities to consistently deliver a high quality product to our guests.”
