Making its debut at the San Diego Baby Expo in June 2009, Baby Blossom Bedding has launched its website and blog to high praise and acclaim. The company's founder recently sat down to discuss the success of the new business venture.
Murrieta, CA (PRWEB) July 17, 2009 -- Mother and entrepreneur Shannon Moss knows a thing or two on how expensive buying baby bedding can be. Flipping through a baby shower registry can be equivalent to looking through a catalog of Faberge eggs. Thankfully, Moss has a solution.
Honing her crafting skills, Moss, alongside her husband, John, launched www.BabyBlossomBedding.com, which later debuted at the San Diego Baby Expo in June 2009.
"We started the website because we have an interest in providing high quality merchandise that people can afford," explained Moss.
Originally starting out with nursing covers, Moss expanded to baby bedding and baby room décor, therefore, making her web store a one-stop shop for everything needed for an infant's room.
Most of the products on the site are handmade, either by Moss or one of the many artisans she works with.
"I wouldn't put anything on my website site that isn't high quality, nor something I wouldn't make myself," she said. "Because of working with such diverse people, we're able to carry more and offer a lot more than most retailers."
Baby Blossom Bedding also has its own blog in the form of www.BabyBeddingGuru.com.
"The blog is another way for us to showcase our designs and further detail the how prudent and unique these products are," said Moss. "The key point of our company is that our items are customizable.
"Custom to customers," she added.
Though the economy is constantly shifting, and not always for the better, Baby Blossom Bedding is a company that ensures that parents and relatives have access to well made bedding that is not only affordable, but also of the highest quality.
