CodeBaby Grows Executive Team with Jake Swenson as Director of CodeBaby Services

CodeBaby welcomes Jake Swenson to their executive team. Most recently, Swenson served as Senior Manager of Software Development at T-Mobile USA in Seattle, WA. His experience developing customer centric software and support processes for T-Mobile made him an ideal addition to the CodeBaby team. Swenson's experience in managing technology development projects also includes seven years at Accenture, where he specialized in designing customer processes and software delivery.

On the decision to bring Jake aboard, CEO Patrick Bultema said, "CodeBaby connects the online customer experience with new technology. Jake's skills will help us conduct the kind of primary research we need to deliver emotionally intelligent solutions for business in the space of the web."

Swenson intends to apply lessons on enhancing the customer experience from big companies like Accenture and T-Mobile to refine and grow CodeBaby Services.
