He also stressed the fact that since they sell nationally and internationally, they are not dependent on a specific local market. Alaska and Washington have always been good markets for them and they have recently sold homes to South Korea and are setting up a new dealer in the Netherlands.
The future looks even brighter for the company in 2010, as they have numerous homes in the design stage, plus a number of projects that are already on the books. Many of their customers are already working on building permits and foundation preparations for next year. Despite all the pessimistic news in the media, housing experts are saying that there has never been a better time to build or buy a home.
