NAPW, National Association of Professional Women, a membership based organization geared towards today's professional women, gives members recognition in their specific profession.

NAPW is pleased to announce the launch of its Morris County, NJ local chapter. Chapter President, Marisa Patawaran Tonnesen, Financial Advisor & Financial Planning Specialist-Wealth Management of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC has brought together over 30 townships to form the Morris County Chapter.

Marisa states, "I wanted to form the Morris County Chapter because I saw a need, the members and myself wanted a local forum to connect professionally and socially with other like-minded women. My vision for the Morris County Chapter is to promote, connect and help each other. Also, I believe that networking is truly about helping others first and building relationships through trust and credibility". The NAPW Morris County chapter members include presidents, directors, lawyers, psychologist, business owners, financial advisors, realtors, consultants, and more.

The first meeting was held at the Hanover Marriott in Whippany, NJ, there are currently 40 members in this chapter. Special recognition was given to NAPW member Cynthia Borrelli Esq. who attended the meeting and brought 10 guests with her. The next chapter meeting will be August 11th at the same location. D&S Strategic Office Solutions Services will be the member keynote speakers featuring partners Tara Smiley and Shirl David-Wynn. The topic of the meeting will essentially be "Marketing 101".
