Santa Clara, CA (PRWEB) July 21, 2009
YesVideo, the leader in the video transfer service industry, today announced the availability of its new Order Form Wizard, an online tool that simplifies the ordering process for YesDVD video and photo transfer services. Starting today, customers are encouraged to use this step-by-step form to prepare their DVD orders, to save time and add convenience when dropping off at a participating retailer.
During the last 10 years, YesVideo has developed an easy and convenient digital transfer program, targeting consumers who lack the technical expertise, equipment or time to create their own DVDs. The YesDVD service is available nationwide at more than 30,000 retail locations including Bartell Drugs, Costco, CVS/pharmacy, Ritz/Wolf Camera, Rite Aid, Walgreens, and many others. The new online form is an enhancement to the program, improving communication of features, pricing, options and instructions, while addressing many questions before the order is placed at the store.
"Consumers know their memories fade away on legacy formats such as 8mm film or VHS tapes and it's smart to move to the latest DVD technologies. We are committed not only to provide the highest quality video transfer service available, but to ensure that the customer experience is hassle-free as possible," said Gregory Ayres, Chief Operating Officer of YesVideo. "YesVideo's new online Order Form Wizard helps expedite the order transaction which provides yet another convenience to our customers. We remain committed to the responsibility of handling our customers' memories, and we will take great care of them."
YesVideo's Order Form Wizard guides customers through these steps of preparing a DVD order:
- Selecting a drop-off store, based on zip code proximity
- Choosing a service, including videotape, movie film reels, 35mm slides or photo prints transferred to DVD
- Customizing the order with a theme and other personalized touches
The form provides an estimated cost, based on the selected options. Customers print the form using their home printers, and then submit the paper printouts, along with their media, to the retail store.
