Granite Construction Inspections (GCI), a national construction inspection company, is proud to announce the Inspector of the Quarter for the 2nd Quarter of 2009. The new edition of GCI's Construction Inspector Review E-Newsletter awarded Steven Kellar of Overland, Kansas "Outstanding in the Field" for his timely service and dedication to quality home inspections and commercial inspections.
Mr. Kellar has conducted draw inspections for more than six years and has been inspecting for GCI since 2006. Most of his inspections have been for residential construction, but he has occasionally conducted a commercial inspection.
"I have enjoyed working with the employees of Granite and look forward to the day when the housing market rebounds so that we all have more inspections," said Mr. Kellar. "Now that I am in the twilight of my working career, I like the flexibility that Granite affords."
Steve Kellar has consistently provided excellent reports and photographs as well as detailed notation on all of his home inspection reports. The quality of his notes and commentary with his photos and reports have allowed GCI to process the inspection information with minimal or no adjustments. This has enabled GCI to increase turn-around time to the lender. Steve Kellar's turn-around time is an impressive 10.93 hours on inspections.
GCI's full range of residential and commercial inspection services include construction draw, status/audit, damage assessment, tenant improvement, acquisition and development, MOD drop, clear-lot, title datedown, easement/ALTA, pre-start analysis, forensic and track/production development.
