Lunabrite, patent pending illumination technology is a sponsor of the student design competition at the Summer Outdoor Retailer show held this week in Salt Lake City Utah. The "Project OR" Competition features student designers from top schools such as Cornell University and the Art Institute of California. The students will be given a chance to incorporate Lunabrite's renewable, eco friendly light into their designs and compete to win an all expense paid trip to the Outdoor Retailer Winter Market in 2010 and a profile in Textile Insight.

Project OR is a 48 hour competition held at the Outdoor Retailer Summer Market in Salt Lake City, July 21-24. The contest offers design students the opportunity to develop award winning garments from design concept to final prototype in a reality competition.

The contestants, top student designers chosen from fashion design programs at universities in the United States will compete for a trip to the Outdoor Retailer Winter Market in 2010 and a profile in a Textile Insight. The student's challenge is to create innovative outdoor fashions using high tech, eco friendly materials from exhibitors at the Outdoor Retailer Summer Market.
