New Market for Life Coaching: Young Professional Men

New Life Coaching Practice designed exclusively for Young Professional Men called is a Life Coaching practice tailored exclusively for a new and rapidly expanding segment of the Life Coaching market, Young Professional Men (YPM.)

Founded earlier this year by a former high potential B2B Salesperson, is focused on bringing the power of 1-on-1 peer Coaching to YPM's across North America.

'Life Coaching for YPM's is a huge opportunity today for two primary reasons,' says the 29 year old founder and Professional Coach at, Andrew Parkes. 'First, there are not enough young, trained Life Coaches dedicated to handling the amount of men requesting Coaching today. Young Men would prefer to deal with a peer instead of an older, "mentor-like" Coach. Second, for the first time in many years, a lot of men, espeically young men, are feeling comfortable with vulnerability. Young men are reaching out to others, like Coaches, for help in achieving their full potential at work, in their relationships, health, finances, and fitness levels.'

Parkes has developed a new way to approach Life Coaching for this unique market segment. He helps his YPM clients examine their lives through the eyes of a Professional Football player, a metaphor he has devised to squash YPM's usual objections to Life Coaching. In a weekly, 45 minute phone call, Parkes helps YPM's take a 'time-out' on their usual busy, action packed lives to review the 1st Quarter (age 0-25) of life and create a Game Plan for the 2nd Quarter (age 25-50.)

'I am passionate and excited about creating lasting, positive change in YPM's lives,' Parkes says. 'I want to help a YPM reach his full potential and avoid the mid-life crisis that a lot of us saw our fathers go through.'
