Many companies and organizations do not understand what it takes to find and win government contracts
Sterling, Virginia (PRWEB) July 23, 2009
The General Services Administration (GSA) has awarded the Alliant Information Technology Contract to 59 companies. One of the fifty-nine companies awarded this contract hired G4i to help them win this five-year base period of performance, five-year options with a total ceiling value of $50 billion.
The Reston, VA Company will provide cloud to desk-top solutions globally, under the umbrella of the GSA Alliant contract. They will provide timely, secure, and responsive 24x7x365 IT services to users. This includes providing a stable IT environment and a flexible, cross-trained support staff. The team will also implement a structure for maturing ITIL processes and functions, including network management, system automation and information assurance.
"Many companies and organizations do not understand what it takes to find and win government contracts," says Christopher Stahl, President of G4i Consulting, "we worked with our customer to help them define their Alliant Channel Strategy, strategic planning and business development, which delivered breakthrough results and resulted in them being awarded the Alliant Contract." Special consideration goes out to Carlos Guzman of MBDA for his role in introducing key regional companies for consideration on Alliant.
