Former executives of consulting firm LakeWest Group have formed a new company to serve clients of their former firm. Boston Consulting Advisors, LLC ("BCA") was established in late June after New York based Patriarch Partners indicated they were unwilling to refinance debt incurred by LakeWest years ago by the long departed original founders.

We thought we owed it to our clients to continue what was started nineteen years ago

Principals of the new firm Ken Morris, Walter Deacon and Brian Brunk lead a group of award winning former employees who continue the work they began at LakeWest.

"We thought we owed it to our clients to continue what was started nineteen years ago" stated Ken Morris, former CEO at LakeWest. "We've won many important engagements over those years, and will continue to deliver the high level of service clients have come to expect from our team" added Mr. Morris.

The decision to close LakeWest came as a surprise, especially given the firms high marks in a 2008 survey by the publication RIS News. "Our teams have always strived to deliver outstanding results for clients, and we need to continue that tradition at our new firm" stated BCA Principal Walter Deacon. "I guess it's a sign of the times that a financing matter from long ago created this opportunity for us" added Mr. Deacon.
