Miami, FL (PRWEB) July 28, 2009 -- Today, Harbour Village Beach Club announces that Chef Juan Pablo Islas has joined their team as Executive Chef & Restaurant Manager. Harbour Village Beach Club prides itself on being a full service resort and they recognize that food is an integral part of the Bonaire vacation experience.

Chef Islas graduated from Le Cordon Bleu obtaining Le Grand Dimplome de Cuisine in 2001. He has honed his talents in kitchens all over the world, including Le Cordon Bleu's restaurant 'Signatures' on board the RSCC Mariner, French Bistro JLX in Sag Harbour, NY, and most recently as Executive Chef at Sivory Punta Cana.
"Harbour Village vacation guests will certainly find the seaside dining experience unique on Bonaire. Chef Islas' complex and imaginative gourmet cuisine that features fresh local ingredients and utilizes a combination of classic and modern cooking techniques," Gonzalez explains.
"Chef Islas joined us to run La Balandra and Kasa Coral restaurants on both the kitchen and food and beverage/service sides. His vast experience will surely help take the culinary experience at these restaurants to the next level," Gonzalez concludes.
