Dorm-In-A-Box Reaches out to College Students in Need of Support with Unique and Substantial Program

Recognizing the financial challenges of attending college Dorm-In-A-Box has launched the "Sallye's Friends" program.

Dorm-In-A-Box made its commercial debut last month in Baltimore Maryland at the ACUHO-I 61st Annual Conference & Exposition.

Giving Back -- Recognizing the financial challenges of attending college Dorm-In-A-Box has launched the "Sallye's Friends" program. Those colleges who sign-on with Dorm-In-A-Box within 30 days of the annual ACUHO-I conference in Baltimore, Maryland in June of 2009, will be eligible for free Dorm-In-A-Box supplies for their low-income or otherwise worthy students. Contributions of complete Dorm-In-A-Box kits equal to 5% of purchases will be shipped at NO COST to the University.

Universities identify the specific recipients and track their progress. Those students maintaining a grade of "C" or better will be supplied additional Desk #301 kits every year for four years to replenish their desk essentials at no additional cost. Dorm-In-A-Box contributions per student will total over $1660 at retail price during their four year college experience.
